HOW LARGE WILL THE STRUCTURE BE?
Maple Media will work with the land owner and the site restrictions to determine the most appropriate size of advertising sign for each location.

WHEN WILL LAND OWNERS SEE A RETURN OF INVESTMENT?
Since there is no cost to the landowner, profit from a partnership with Maple Media starts as soon as the lease agreement does.

CAN THE LANDLORD RESTRICT WHO ADVERTISES ON THE SIGN?
Yes, the land owner can work with the billboard media company to limit reasonable conflict-of-interest advertising on their property.

CAN THE LANDLORD USE THE SIGN?
Maple Media will organize a billboard media company to operate the sign and manage who uses it for advertising. Unless otherwise agreed, the land owner can pay to use the sign for advertising just like any other business, in addition to the benefit of the rental income generated by the lease.

HOW LONG WILL THE SIGN REMAIN?
All details such as length of lease can be negotiated with Maple Media before project commencement, including terms of early lease termination.
